Ingredients
4 large lemons
1 large Spanish onion
1-1/2 bunch Italian parsley, washed
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Peel and dice the lemons, removing the seeds.
- Finely dice the onions chop the parsley coarsely.
- Combine the ingredients, tossing gently.
- Add salt to taste.
