Ingredients
2 c. raisins, finely chopped
2 c. pecans chopped
1 lb. vanilla wafers rolled to fine crumbs
1 1/2 c. sifted 10x sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/3 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. bourbon or rum
1/2 c. 10x sugar
1 t. instant coffee
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in mixture of last 2 ingredients(sugar and coffee). Store in airtight container.
