Ingredients

4 c. fresh apples, peeled and diced
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Directions

1. Mix together the apples, sugar and nuts and let stand for 1 hour, stirring often. Add the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda, stirring by hand till well blended. Add the oil, vanilla and eggs and stir by hand. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
2. Serves 10

I have just loaded UserOS Extreme 9.04 on my Toshiba latopp. It works superb except for wireless connection. Unfortunately I can not get this going and I would like to know where I can get some help in this area.Darren Yates Reply:September 14th, 2009 at 11:32 pmIn short, because UserOS Extreme 9.04 is built up from base Ubuntu code, you should find any instructions to get the modem working on Ubuntu should work for Extreme 9.04 as well.Your HSDPA modem should have been detected so I'm surprised it wasn't (it's been included in the last few Linux kernel updates).This might help.Cheers,Darren.
