
Spinach Kugel for Passover

Kugel mixture can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.

Ingredients
1 large onion, finely grated
1 large potato, finely grated
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Pinch of garlic salt
1 pkg. frozen chopped
1/2 cup matzoh meal
Directions
- In mixing bowl combine onion and
- potato.
- Beat eggs and add to mixture, along with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in
- the spinach, then the matzoh meal.
- Spoon mixture into greased 9 inch square baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 F, until browned.
- Cut into 16 squares.
