Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen peaches
1 peeled banana, cut into 1" chunks and frozen
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Directions
- To toast almonds, spread in an ungreased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 5 minutes or until almonds are light brown; stir once or twice to ensure even browning.
- Add juice to electric blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
