
Chicken Pot Pie

This is a favorite in my family. I make it every time I make chicken soup with the boiled chicken. This freezes beautifully.

Ingredients
2 cups boiled Chicken from Chicken Soup
2 cans Veg-All drained
2 cans Rokeach Condensed Mushroom Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Thaw pie shells
- Take chicken from soup, remove skin and break into pieces
- Mix chicken with drained veg-all and mushroom soup
- Add salt and pepper and mix well
- Pour chicken into one pie shell, remove other pie shell from container and roll out. Place second pie shell over pie.
- Bake at 350 until pie crust golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
- Note: if you freeze the pie when you cook it start change temperature to 375 and cook for approximately 1 hour, checking after 40 minutes to make sure it does not burn.
