These are delicious sandwiches which can be used for a main meal or sliced small for appetizers.

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Puff Pastry Sheets
Corned beef or Turkey sliced thick
Mustard

Directions

  1. Thaw Puff Sheets
  2. Open in rectangle
  3. Spread mustard over rectangle
  4. Lay meat over mustard
  5. Roll up pastry and meat into a log
  6. place seam side down on cookie sheet
  7. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, check frequently ready when pastry puffs and is golden brown
  8. slice and serve hot
