Lila's Roasted Apple Sauce
six or seven Mackintosh Apples peeled and sliced
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
Dump in a roasting pan and bake at 350 until very tender. use a potato masher to mash apples. This makes a wonderful flavorable apple sauce because no water has been added to the apple and roasting them intensifies their natural flavor
